I Will Never Get This Blog Thing...LOL

I see blogs where people write relentlessly each and every day. I don't see how they do it. So I am not feeling any better since my last post but hey I guess life goes on. So I am thinking up some new ideas for this blog but until then here are some awesome places to check out:

This is an awesome article I found on Associated Content.

If you are scouring the web for freelance writing jobs, it may be not be as hard as it looks. The first place to check out is a book called The Renegade Writer by Linda Formichelli. The concept of the book is to teach you in a fun, upbeat way to become more sucessful with fresh new ideas. it is a must read for all writers.

A great site to go to is http://www,mediabistro.com. The downside to this site is there is a $49 fee if you want complete access to the site. But there is still plenty to look at for free. It tells you how to approach an editor and what exactly they are looking for in their guidelines.

Until tomorrow...sweet dreams baby!

More Work At Home Companies

I have to apologize for the absence again. Dealing with endometriosis is such a difficult and painful thing. My doctor has me on hormone therapy now to see if that will work. It hasnt worked at all so far but then again it has only been a week.

Anyways, I have some great work at home places for you today. Actually these are writing sites. I use each of these sites and they do pay.

Associated Content Awesome site. You can pretty much write on any topic you want. They pay about $4-$5 an article, sometimes more. They normally approve articles within a week and pay three times a week.

Constant Content Another great site. You set your own selling price for your articles here. Other websites can purchase full rights to your article. This site is good if you don't need immediate cash. It is really much hit or miss if someone purchases your article. But the more you write, the greater chance you have.

Epinions On this site you review movies, products, etc. The pay is rather small here though so you won't get rich but you can make some extra cash for your opinions. They do have monthly promotions now and then as well.

Helium- I absolutely love this site. You posts articles on a new topic or one that is already started. Your artcle is then rated by other members. So the higher rating you get, the more money you make. This site is good because your article is always making money. It may not be alot of money, but every little bit helps right?

Sorry for the Absence!

I am so sorry I have been MIA for a while. I went to the doctor's last month and found out I have endometriosis. It is extremely painful. I will most likely have to have a hystectomy. I also got a new job as a ceramics teacher right across the street from where I live. I love it and am excited about it. I will continue to share my work at home ideas with you since I still am looking to supplement my income...stay tuned!

She is a ghostwriter, freelance writer, book editor, coach and speaker. She takes all the tedious work out of finding a freelance writing job. On her website, she collects all the best freelance writing jobs and compiles them on her website. She adds new jobs every few days. Check it out!

Paid Forum Posting

Okay after a crappy night's sleep, a shower and several cups of good ole coffee, I am ready to talk about paid forum posting. So what is it, you ask? You get paid to post on forums. Some forum owners will use this service if they have a new forum and need to add posts to it. It does not pay much but in today's ecomomy, every little bit helps. Here are some of the companies I work for:

Forum Booster:
http://www.forumbooster.net/paid_forum_posting/about7.html
Once you are approved, you will be assigned forums to work on. I was assigned about 25 forums immediately after approval. The only downside is that they may assign you to forums you have no knowledge about. But I did some research and posted some pretty nice quality posts.

Paid Posting Forums
http://paidpostingforums.com/forum/index.php?board=9.0
This forum is pretty neat. All the available jobs are posted right in the forum. You choose the ones you are interested in and sign up for those forums.

Paid Posting Tools
http://www.paidpostingtools.com/writers.asp
You are not always guaranteed work here. There are some weeks I had several forums to write for and some weeks (like this week) where I had no assignments at all. They have an extensive list of forums and you choose the ones you are interested in. But you dont always get choosen. Once your balance reaches $10, you get paid by Paypal.

There are others such as Posting Connection and Posting Direct that hire paid forum posters but I have not applied for these yet.

Wow! Has it been this long!

I have been so crazy busy lately that I never realized it has been so long since I last blogged. We are in the midst of a move and I am scrambling like a mad woman to find work at home so we can actually afford this new apartment. Actually we have upgraded from an apartment to a condo. SWEET! So I promise to write everyday from here on out! So, tata until tomorrow!
