NOTHING, NO, NOTHING AT ALL

Yeah, I have nothing to report. Have so much going on with Giorge.tv - it's where all of my energy is being focused.

To all of you who have been supporting the site - especially Mark and Los, I thank you. It's good to know that my friends on Myspace - who have even stuck by me after I got deleted - are supporting me out of here.

I know that a lot of you aren't really into the whole celebrity thing, but you'll note that I've even mentioned the election.

I give a damn about what's going on, folks!

I hope you all are having a great weekend. I've been a bit sleepy during mine. I was supposed to work on my Manuscript today but was too tired and bothered to do it, and as I'll be out tomorrow at a function; the opening of a new winery in the Adelaide hills, I won't have much of a chance to do much.

Anyway, as it's middnight here in little old Adelaide I'm feeling a bit sleepy so will be off now.

Some of you may have hoped Giorge.tv could be a place you could come to escape the election news, but I'm sorry to say, I feel this is important for all of us - even us outside of America - to take notice of. This election may decide that unecessary wars will end, the economic cries will ease, and climate change will be taken more seriously. If you think that this does not affect us here in Australia - you are wrong. Things like paying higher insurance premiums come down to the fact that every Australian major insurance company (and banks) have many of their investments overseas, particularly in America. Things such as the cost of war and terrorism attacks also affect this. So we here in Australia are directly impacted by what happens in America...

G-FEATURE: FROM UGLY TO OSCAR

With today’s bombardment of Media images of our favourite celebrities, it can be hard for actors and actresses to get us to take them seriously on screen unless they bring us a knock-out performance, as we viewers are unable to forget the images and stories read about these actors as we watch them on-screen.

When watching War of the Worlds, you feel that the only way Tom Cruise can protect his son and daughter is by doing some impromptu couch-jumping to scare off the Aliens.

In Mona Lisa Smile you watch for Julia Roberts hesitation knowing very well that her husband Danny is the one behind the camera.

And in Harry Potter, instead of imagining Harry Potter and Hermione Granger, you find yourself imagining Emma Watson dressed up in Chanel at the premiere and Daniel Radcliffe in Equinus with all his, ah, parts on display.

The images tattooed in our minds deflect us from what we’re supposed to be thinking, feeling and experiencing of the story on-screen.

So actresses and actors need to do something extraordinary to remove us from these distractions.

For blonde actresses, it can be as easy as dying their hair....

HOW TO MANIPULATE - USE THE MEDIA

Recently on www.giorge.tv I was one of the first in Australia to break the news on Heather Locklear's arrest. Than again I was one of the first to show pictures of her actually getting arrested.

I did wonder at the time how incredible it was that there 'just happened' to be a photographer nearby to capture the event. Although, a part of me does view LA and the surrounding areas as a place that pretty much has a pap on almost every corner, 'just in case'.

Any hoo, I made the judgement and posted the pictures. I guess I need to be on my toes and get people coming to my site. And the way I'll do that is by being the first, and being the most comprehensive.

Yet then it comes out (again, I am one of the first to actually post this in my country) how the whole situation was set up.

Yes that's right, set up.

So apparently there is this bird. Name, etc is all on the website. So she used to work for an American magazine and then got fired. So what does she do? She hacks into that mag's computer system, getting the name and address of all the celebs they have on file.

On the day Heather Locklear got arrested, this chick was following her. She saw Locklear stop at a supermarket, and parked near by. She then waiting for Locklear to get back in her car.

At that moment this chick rang 911 telling them of a vehicle she had seen 'drive erratically' She then stated that she had seen the person at the supermarket looking drunk.

Once that phone call was made she rang a photo agency, giving them the tip that Locklear was about to get arrested. No doubt she will be receiving a good tip from them for those photos.

The police didn't find any alcohol in Locklear's system. Tests for drugs are still to come back.

A couple of things: (1) if this woman had seen this car drive erratically why didn't she call then? And would a normal person, after seeing someone drive erratically, then go on to follow them? And then when they see this person at the shops 'looking and acting drunk' wouldn't they - surely - have noticed that this person was Heather Locklear?

Very, very shady. Why would someone want to hurt another like this? And I got caught up in it all. Very sad.
