Hello everyone. I'm posting this sorry message to let everyone know that I'm sorry for not posting in so long. I have been busy with an unexpected family member's surgery. I wasn't able to post anything about me leaving for a while as it was unexpected. I hope i didn't lose any of the readers that i do have. I'm back now and I'm ready to get things underway again.

Today's Daily Tip
Golf
~Driving
I have a driving tip for everyone out there looking to hit the long ball. Now, keep in mind, this is a very basic tip and i am no super long ball shot myself, but with this practice method, my range has increased. If you have enough money, go to the driving range about 3 times a week. No more than four because you don't want to overwork your arm. Go about three times a week and just practice. I know this doesn't really seem like a tip because it's almost like common sense, but sometimes it's that common sense reminder that makes the difference.
Don't just go out there swinging though thinking this will help, you must practice a decent form. If you've ever seen the movie Big Daddy, the pro golfer helping out Adam Sandler is named Chubbs. Chubbs famous golf phrase in that movie was, "It's all in the hips." That is true. You don't want to use just pure brute force with your arms, but a combination of your hip movement and that brute strength.
~I hope that little tip helped you all if it was needed. My range increased about 50 yards within a week of doing this so it does help, but i just don't have too much time for tons of golf. Today's Resting
I had a great workout yesterday as you all know, but today i must rest in order to not over work my muscles. I practiced a little basketball, but not too much because I'm a little sore.
Wow! I suddenly have an urge to play a round of golf. I'm not sure why, but i guess that's what I'll be up to today. I'm not very good, but it is a very fun and relaxing sport. I have always said that it was boring and I'll never play, but almost a year ago, i just had to try it. Look at Today's Daily Tip post to see my short golf tip. A Step Up
Today, i finally got to increase the weight on most workouts. It felt good. It was probably because the first two weeks were just training my muscles back up from not being worked like that in years. I don't know, but whatever it was, it was great. That in itself gave me confidence. Usually when i go into my gym, i feel a little weird because I'm usually one of the skinniest guys there, but today's increase of weight had me lifting what some bigger guys were lifting. Man, what it's like to feel that power is amazing!
How are things going out there for the rest of you? I hope it's great, but i can't find out unless you leave me some comments. Tell me how your workouts are going, give me workout tips, come just to chat, or even give some website suggestions. It doesn't matter as long as it isn't spam and goes along with the website or topics. My new found confidence has boosted my ego and I'm ready for anything. So until next time, pump it up!
