Agent Gathering and Observation

April 11, 2008 Posted by Watch Dog

As time goes on Agents discover ways to show others the benefits of the Money Merge Account in ways that people will understand. New ideas, new options, new opinions, new openings become available. Then there are those who have questions and who are newer and don’t know some of the important tips and tricks.

This is where Agents can show other Agents some of their ideas. Links to programs from other sites or ways to help people realize the usefulness of the Money Merge Account™ or any advice for other Agents can be placed here. Comments are welcomed. Suggestions are encouraged. For those who aren’t agents and might be interested in becoming one, this would be a good place to start looking for resources.

Everyone has questions, everyone has answers. Combine the two here to help each other reach your goals.

How does this affect my Industry?

The moderators of these forums received an email, which stated:

“…I have been looking at this opportunity for over a month, and there are many benefits to acknowledge–and yet I question how this will affect my industry in the long run.

I am a mortgage professional who wonders about the long term ramifications of offering this program to my client base, which exceeds 2100 over the past 15 years. This line of thinking also had me wondering about those in the financial industry and even real estate and insurance.

I am not fighting this opportunity. Rather, I see this as my own obligation and responsibility to preserve what I have built over so many years, by doing my research before committing myself to a change in focus.”

This email strikes a cord with many who are turning from this opportunity before fully researching what this would mean to their industry. There is no doubt the Money Merge Account opportunity will change the financial landscape of this country…the question is how?

Should I Invest or Save?

The debate goes on and on about the intelligence if investing with equity, or paying off the home.

Is there a balance, or perhaps a better answer than another?

We hear about equity harvesting, debt reduction, debt free, “good debt” vs. “bad debt” and more.

What’s the real story?
