We love this site because of its huge database of over 1 billion public records available. In terms of the amount of records, it is a winner over Gov-Resources. However, we find that the pricing a bit higher than Gov-Resources which is why we place it in second place. After all, if you are a private individual who search US public records, you may need to do a few searches only and want the cheapest deal around.
