8,078 mile tour without oil change

The two 612 Scaglietti’s used in the ‘Magic India Discovery’ tour did about 5,000 kilometers (3107 miles) in testing and preparation for the trip, which brings their total to 18,000 kilometers (11,185 miles). Ferrari’s ‘Magic India Discovery’ Tour came to an end at the Gateway of India in Mumbai and the two Ferrari 612 Scagliettis completed their 13,000 kilometer (8,078 miles) trip. The two visited 57 cities without a single oil change.
For the trip Ferrari used Shell’s Helix Ultra motor oil. Besides just protecting the parts from mechanical wear, reducing friction and power loss and cooling the engine, the Shell Helix Ultra also contains active cleansing agents to help prevent dirt build-up and ensure optimal performance.
